Wenzhou Zhuangda optical co.,Ltd is a professional eyewear manufacturer, located in Wenzhou of China. We specialized in manufacturing and exporting sunglasses, optical frames and reading glasses. Our company culture is ‘Integrity, Aggressive, Cooperation, Innovation’. We mainly focuses on the R&D, Design and Manufacturing high quality frames to our customers more than 15 years. Quality Control System

  • APQP(Product Evaluation)

    Evaluate the structure when we receive customers' design/samples/orders, formulate the properly production quality planning.

  • IQC

    IQC department will inspect the incoming components,acetates and lenses to ensure the raw materials are qualified, control the quality from the very beginning.

  • IPQC

    Each production line will have QC and QC director to check the in-process products quality, especially the initial pieces. Only qualified products move to next process.

  • FQC

    Each order will have final inspection before shipping, to ensure the printing, packaging, shipping marks and final quantity is correct.
